From Cameron’s Standpoint

In August of 2010, I finally mustered up the courage to ask Michael to be my groom.  Having decided that there’s too much inequality involved in the “taking a knee” part of traditional proposals, a friend of mine suggested that I travel to the amusement park where we met, meet up with Michael, and propose to him on a ride.  And so I decided to propose on the Skyscraper at Cedar Point, after taking a ring out at the highest point on the ride.

You can’t really see the ring or the presentation obviously because we’re way too high, but here’s the aftermath (two very happy newly-engaged men!):

All Smiles =)
